sue cudby’s profile

Sue holds a certificate in Dog Psychology and is an associate member of the Canine Behaviour Centre, Cumbria. Sue has gained practical experience not just through years of living with her own and family dogs, but also through working with a number of dog rescue centres.

Additonal certificates have been gained through APDT and COAPE-linked and Jan Fennell canine behaviour courses. Sue’s knowledge-base also includes a short period spent with one of the few Veterinary-run Canine Care Centres based in the UK.

“I believe in the pack system and that domestic dog still retains and works with pack instincts” says Sue. “The services offered by dogconnection focus on alpha training and incorporate other recognised training and behavioural methods. This is to enable dog owners to increase their understanding of how dogs communicate and how they react to their surroundings and influences. We do this by working with a dog’s natural behaviour and via communication channels that they understand”.
